1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

We provide web development and design services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Mobile-first responsive design
• SEO optimization
• Website maintenance
• Website templates

3. Project Terms

3.1 Timeline

Project timelines will be agreed upon before work begins. Typical timelines are:

• 4-page website: 1-2 weeks
• 5-8 page website: 2-3 weeks
• Additional features: Timeline to be determined

3.2 Payment Terms

Our payment structure is as follows:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Monthly maintenance plans billed in advance
• All prices are in GBP and include VAT

3.3 Revisions

We include:

• 2 rounds of revisions for design concepts
• 2 rounds of revisions for development
• Additional revisions available at an hourly rate

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and content
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• Ensuring content complies with laws and regulations
• Backing up their website content

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment:

• Clients own the final website design and content
• We retain rights to the underlying code and design elements
• We may use the project in our portfolio

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or business interruption
• Third-party service disruptions
• Client content issues
• Indirect or consequential damages

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for work completed
• We transfer completed work to client
• Client receives a prorated refund for unused services
